All knives are handcrafted with limited stock. They are typically made to order (usually completed within 7 business days) and delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Q1: What are your products made from?
A: Each piece is handcrafted from natural crystals and gemstones. Natural materials vary, so every item has unique patterns, textures, and color tone.
Q2: Will the item look exactly like the photos?
A: Photos are for reference. Because each piece is handmade and uses natural crystal/gemstone material, no two items are exactly the same. You can expect the same style and overall shape, but the grain and texture will be one-of-one.
Q3: Are these items functional tools or for display?
A: Our products are intended for collection and display. Buyers are responsible for checking local laws and import rules before ordering.
Q4: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes, custom requests may be available depending on material and complexity. Contact us with your idea and reference images, and we’ll confirm feasibility and lead time.

Q5: Are items always in stock?
A: In-stock quantities are limited. Some items are available and ship quickly, while others are made to order when out of stock.
Q6: Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
A: If you contact us quickly and the order has not entered production/packing, we’ll do our best to help. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Processing & Shipping Time
Q7: How long does it take to ship in-stock items?
A: In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days.
Q8: What if my item is out of stock?
A: A limited number of items are in stock. Most products are made-to-order. If an item is not in stock, we will begin production after you place your order. Production typically takes up to 7 business days and ships immediately upon completion.
Q9: How long does delivery take after shipping?
A: After your order ships, estimated delivery is about 3-5 business days. Delivery time can vary by destination and customs processing.
Q10: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the first scan.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
Q11: What is your return policy?
A: Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Q12: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the packaging, labels, and product. An unboxing video is highly recommended. We will assist in resolving the issue based on our review and the carrier's policies.
Q13: What if my tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

Q14: How should I care for my stoneblade?
A: Treat it as a collectible. Avoid drops, hard impacts, and extreme temperature changes. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry place.
Q15: Is it normal to see small variations or natural marks?
A: Yes. Natural crystals and gemstones can include variations in pattern, texture, and tone. These are part of the material’s character and make each piece one of a kind.
