Refund policy
We sell two categories of products:
A. Standard Made-to-Order: Non-customized items produced to standard specifications (even if manufacturing begins after order placement).
B. Custom Made-to-Spec: Produced to consumer specifications or with significant personalization (e.g., engraving, size/structure modifications, specified material combinations).
A. Standard Made-to-Order — 14-Day Return Period
Return Eligibility & Window
· Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return/cancellation.
· Ship the item back within 14 days after notifying us of the return.
Return Conditions
· Items must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and preferably in original packaging.
· Items damaged due to buyer usage, drops/impacts, secondary processing/polishing/modifications cannot be returned or may incur deductions for depreciation.
Return Shipping Costs
· Standard item returns require the buyer to cover return shipping costs (unless the item has quality issues or was damaged in transit).
Refund Method and Timeline
· After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund via the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Payment processing may take additional days.
· Since our standard shipping is free, there is typically no “refunded shipping” component.
B. Custom Items (Custom / Made-to-Spec) — No Returns Without Cause
As custom items are made to your specifications, they are generally unsellable:
· Custom items are not eligible for returns without cause or due to personal preference changes.
· However, we will address quality issues (non-human-caused), shipping damage, incorrect shipments, or missing parts (by reshipment, replacement, repair, or refund, subject to verification).
Quality Issues / Shipping Damage (Applies to Standard & Custom Items)
Shipping Damage/Wrong Shipment/Missing Parts: Contact support@stonebladeforge.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the outer packaging and product (unboxing video recommended).
Quality Issues (Non-Human Caused): Contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will prioritize repair/replacement solutions; if unresolvable, refunds will be negotiated.
Important Notice for EU/UK
For standard items, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cancellation): Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it within 14 days of notification.
For custom items (made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized), this right of withdrawal generally does not apply.
This policy does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights in your country/region.
